Clinical Director

Rachele McGowan is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) with extensive experience in behavioral healthcare leadership, program development, clinical operations, and staff supervision. As Clinical Director, she provides strategic oversight of clinical services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, and trauma-informed care while maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.


Rachele specializes in the treatment of substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, trauma, and recovery-focused care. She is passionate about fostering a culture of clinical excellence through mentorship, supervision, and professional development of counseling staff. Her leadership emphasizes individualized treatment, ethical practice, and innovative programming designed to promote long-term recovery and improved quality of life for clients.


Through her commitment to both client care and organizational growth, Rachele strives to create a therapeutic environment where clients can achieve meaningful, lasting recovery and clinicians can develop into highly skilled and compassionate professionals.

Dana Giaimo holds a master’s degree and is a Licensed Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor Intern.


Dana brings extensive experience supporting both adolescents and adults in substance use treatment. She has worked in outpatient and intensive outpatient settings, providing assessments, treatment planning, group facilitation, and individualized counseling.


Dana is passionate about helping clients build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and move toward lasting recovery in a supportive and compassionate environment.

Shanna serves as the Admissions Coordinator and Office Manager at Renova Recovery, where compassion and organization come together to welcome individuals as they begin their recovery journey.


With a background in healthcare administration and a sincere commitment to helping others, Shanna brings care, patience, and understanding to every step of the admissions process. She works closely with clients and families to help make the first point of contact feel supportive, clear, and reassuring.


In addition to admissions, Shanna helps keep daily operations running smoothly and contributes to creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for everyone who walks through the door.
