OUR PHILOSOPHY
Treatment should feel personal
Renova Recovery was built around a simple belief: people deserve clinically serious addiction treatment without feeling lost in a large, impersonal system.
Here, clients are known as individuals. Our team takes time to understand each person's history, challenges, responsibilities, strengths and goals before developing a treatment plan.
As treatment progresses, that plan changes with the client. We provide structure and accountability while keeping the dignity, compassion and personal connection that meaningful recovery requires.

CLINICAL APPROACH
How a treatment plan gets built
Every plan starts from a full clinical assessment, not from a program template. Here is the sequence.
Assessment
A comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment and an ASAM level-of-care determination establish where treatment should start.
Individualized plan
Your clinical team builds the plan around your substance use, mental health needs, circumstances, strengths and recovery goals.
Reviewed as you progress
Plans are reviewed and adjusted with you as things change, so the level of care stays right instead of staying fixed.
Care can also address co-occurring anxiety and depression, trauma and PTSD-related symptoms, grief and loss, problem gambling, and concerns specific to men or women.
WRAPAROUND SUPPORT
More than therapy alone
Recovery runs into medical, practical, family, legal, educational and community problems as well as clinical ones. Renova coordinates that support so holding it together does not fall on you.
Case management and care coordination
Referrals to community resources, vocational and educational support, and coordination with legal entities when appropriate
Medication monitoring and coordination with your medical providers when clinically appropriate
Accountability and safety
Random drug and alcohol screening, urine toxicology, breathalyzer testing, and crisis intervention when it is needed.
Continuing recovery support
Relapse-prevention planning, recovery-support groups, 12-Step speakers, and continuing-care and discharge planning.
OUR TEAM
The people behind the care
Recovery is personal, and the people delivering treatment matter. Renova's clinicians, counselors, case managers, admissions staff and affiliated medical providers work as one team around each client.
That means the people you meet talk to each other. They know your treatment goals, and they stay involved as your needs and your progress change.
Clinical programming, intake assessments and quality of care are overseen by Clinical Director Rachele McGowan, LPC, LCADC, ACS, CCS, NCC, CCTP-II, ICGCI.
