Rachele is a licensed mental health and substance use professional with extensive experience in clinical leadership, program development, and supervision. She specializes in substance use disorders, co-occurring conditions, and trauma-informed care and is dedicated to supporting both clients and clinical staff in achieving meaningful, lasting recovery.

During his tenure working with newcomers in recovery, he has helped literally thousands find their paths to recovery. He has worked at all levels of care and has a proven track record of success.

Michelle Conway is deeply passionate about helping individuals find hope, healing, and purpose through recovery. With over 14 years of experience in behavioral health, she is dedicated to guiding others toward healthier and more fulfilling lives.
